Arabica grown in the Marcala region at an elevated altitude, between 1500 and 200 m asl. The harvest begins in October and persists until March, and is worked with a wet process, producing a washed coffee.

The espresso extraction has a good body, a medium-low acidity and a gratifying aroma, characterized by soft citrus notes and a persistent cocoa aftertaste.
