Arabica coming from the region of Alta Mogiana, located in Minas Gerais. Grown at an altitude between 800 and 1300 m asl, harvested from June to September and dry-processed, creating a natural coffee.
The espresso extraction has a medium body and a pleasant sweetness, with a medium-low acidity. The delicate aroma reveals satisfying notes of caramel, dried fruit and cocoa that persists even in the aftertaste.
