Arabica from the Sidamo region, grown at an altitude between 1300 and 2100 m asl. The berries, harvested from October to February, are wet-processed to achieve a washed coffee.
The espresso extraction has a light body and a distinct sweetness, with a pleasant medium-high acidity. It reveals floral and citrus notes, with a delicate and persistent aftertaste with hints of fruit, flowers and chocolate.
