Robusta grown in the South-west regions of the country at an altitude up to 900 m asl. The coffee, considered one of the best Robusta worldwide, is harvested from November to March and wet-processed, creating a washed coffee.
The espresso extraction it has a full-bodied and rounded body, very clean and pleasant. The taste reveals notes of spices and dried fruit, with hits of cocoa and vanilla in the aftertaste.
