Arabica coming from the Matagalpa region, settled at an altitude between 1500 and 1850 m asl. Harvested from November to March, wet-processed to create a washed coffee.

The espresso extraction has a medium body, soft acidity and a pleasant sweetness, with notes of fruit and cocoa that persist in the aftertaste.
